Start Somewhere

The world will pass you by and you won’t realize it until it’s too late. You’ll think about the things you wanted to do and what you wanted to be and realize that this life is over. The opportunities were always present but you failed to take action, always thinking that tomorrow would bring new or perhaps the same opportunities of today.

But, you see, that’s the opposite of what really happens.

As you thought of a brighter tomorrow, you missed out on the light of the now. For nothing shines brighter or has the power to transform the human spirit as does the moment we know to be now. While you sat and thought about all the things you didn’t like or all the things you wished to be different, the world kept on moving. Kept on giving you chances to grow, to change, to mature and come to understand that there’s nobody else in the world that knows you like you do and has the infinite power that you posses.

While all these things may be unfortunately true for many who have since passed from this life to the next, it doesn’t have to be true for you.

No matter your age, no matter your station in life it is never too late to start seeing the light of now.

Quit looking for things to be different, but start making a difference.

Stop wishing for growth, start taking steps in that direction.

Stop externalizing your problems and issues and start confronting your own heart and mind.

Find ways to keep learning and growing and enjoying time. Time stops for nobody.

The only thing stopping your progress is you.

There are no boundaries, there really are no hindrances, no legitimate excuses, no barriers, no bars, nothing that is tangibly holding you back from that which you so desire. The bars that we have in our life are mentally constructed and hold more power than physical ropes or chains could posses. Given a task to escape physical confines proves much easier than the escape of the abstract mental blocks that we continuously construct and maintain within our minds. As these are nothing but abstract ideas, we wield them more power than any other force in our lives.

Why do we allow ourselves to become victim in our own minds?

It’s time to get free and make the most of the time you have been given. It’s never too late to start somewhere.
